The Ocean City bus stops outside the hotel traveling north and across the street traveling south. You can ride all day for $3.00 (exact change or online payment is required). Northside Park is on the Bayside at 127th Street within walking distance, and has a multitude of activities from rollerblading to fishing piers. Sundaes in the Park begins mid-June with ice cream and concerts.

All the staff here at the Cayman Suites encourage you to relax, kick back, enjoy the beach, and allow us to make you feel right at home! We want the Cayman Suites to become your home away from home.

Balcony
Balconies are NON-SMOKING. Please do not hang anything over your balcony railings.  Please do not throw, sweep or wash anything off the balcony. It is against Ocean City fire code to cook or grill on the balcony.

Camp Carousel
Offered at the Carousel Hotel Ages 4–12 (mid June through mid August).

Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check outs are at the discretion of the front desk staff based on occupancy and may be subject to charges.

Children
Children under the age of 17 in the same room as parents stay free. Children 12 and under receive free breakfast in our Reef 118 Oceanfront Restaurant located in the Carousel Hotel. (1 free kids per 1 paying adult).

The Fire Department is less than five minutes away from the hotel.  The entire hotel is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire alarm and sprinkler system.  Exit the building in a calm, orderly fashion.  Use the stairwells only. 

Gift Shop
Island Outfitters Gift Shop is located in the Atrium of the Carousel Hotel. Open daily mid May to mid September and weekends in the off-season.

Ice and vending machines are located on third floor.

Ice Skating Rink/Skate Shop
The ice skating rink is located at the Carousel Hotel. Ice rink hours do vary please check with the Skate Shop for the schedule. Please call 410-524-1000.

Room Key Operation
Your key expires at noon on the day of check-out. Please see the Front Desk for a new key if you choose to stay additional nights. Please keep room keys away from cell phones. They may become deactivated and need to be re-coded to open your guest room door.

All of our rooms are non-smoking in the rooms and on the balconies. If there is evidence of smoking within the room or on any of the balconies then your room will be charged a $250 room cleaning fee. Thank you for not smoking and thank you for being our guest!

Free Family Photo Night
Get your family photo taken with props at our state-of-the-art Family Photo Set! We use professional grade equipment and will print out a photo of your choice for FREE! This event runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30pm – 6:30pm in the Delaware Room.

Camp Carousel
Your kids are going to love Camp Carousel. Staff will provide entertainment, crafts, activities, a movie, and dinner for your little ones. Ages 4-12 - $15.00 per child.

Access to the beach for the physically challenged is provided at certain locations along the beach and is designated by a blue sign on street entrances along Coastal Highway.

The regional airport is located south of Route 50, approximately thirty minutes away from Ocean City, off Walston Switch Road, just east of Salisbury. Recycle the Ocean City Way:
While enjoying your visit to Ocean City, please note our motto; “OCEAN CITY RECYCLES-BECAUSE WE CARE.” Please recycle your aluminum, glass, cardboard, paper, plastic and bi-metal can products. We have five recycling drop-off sites (with designated containers) conveniently located around town where you can recycle your commodities. They are open 24 hours a day. Glass products no longer have to be color-sorts. We also have a designated waste oil tank for you convenience, located under the water tower at 66^th street and Bayside. Even while relaxing on the beach, you can recycle your aluminum products. Just look for the bright green barrels. They are located adjacent to the head of each street. The Recycling Center at 65^th Street also accepts newspaper, cardboard, office paper/computer paper, motor oil and used antifreeze. Ocean City also offers a bulk pickup program to its residents.
